I am very dissapointed with this. Not good product.. Electric shock happen.. Not safe. I buy 2 pcs and useless.. 😖 I buy this for myself and as gift and my friend don't like it because of electric shock. OMG.. NOT REALLY REALLY GOOD AND NOT SAFE AT ALL. I need REFUND

Garbage, charger barely fit in the port, and it only holds a charge for about 20 minutes. Maybe my charging block isnt right for it, if so they need to send tbe appropriate charging block with the cord. Not just the cord. Not worth the money because of that.

Iv charged it and it knocks on but that's just does nothing a tall !!! Iv read the instructions done everything it says in the book but still nothing I would like tosend it back fora full refund please

It's ok I guess but you can't really feel anything unless it's on the highest setting, and after a minute or two it is burning hot and you have to take it off your neck cos it's so hot!!
