Unfortunately I didn't notice the heel the boot has. I am 62 years old and have serious back problems. My doctor said it was really bad to wear those boots because of the small heel. It has to be a completely flat boot. I already looked and found some flat blue ankle boots.. I would like to know how to do it (address, name, etc.) so that I can return them and order the blue ankle boots with the description: Autumn Winter women's casual leather ankle boots ladies-flat shoes € 26.00 I would appreciate an urgent response to resolve the issue. The shoes smell a bit at first, but the smell quickly disappears. The shoes fit wonderfully. They look really good when worn and feel comfortable.

Too big and of poor quality... the shoes are badly glued... and you can see the overflow I advise against
