I ordered Color 44 but Joom sent me Color 31 which doesn't fit at all. Scarf ordered as a gift.Very disappointed and upset!!! The quality of the product is not bad.

The scarf is of good quality, very soft and warm, but I ordered scarf T10, which is a scarf in a beautiful check pattern, and I received a completely different scarf - a white scarf with stripes along the edge. Such a scarf does not match my clothes at all. For comparison, I am attaching photos of both scarves: the T10 scarf I ordered and the scarf I received.

Good evening, I just received the shawl, unfortunately the color I ordered didn't come, i.e. the number 12, but the 17. I am very sad! What can be done; This is the second time this has happened to me, again I had ordered a shawl and unfortunately it came in the wrong color. Why is this happening? And to order another, it takes so long to ship until Spring arrives.
It is a rare case when a product, and its color on a promo photo looks much worse, but in reality the texture and color are very nice. I took off a star for an incorrect description of the dimensions, this is a scarf, the angle is 126x126x175cm, but I already found out about the dimensions by the time the goods arrived, because Bought 2 different scarves.
The shawl does not match the ordered color. The order contains a purple shade. And a different gray-red one was obtained. For comparison - the scarf that I took earlier - with a purple-blue-beige thread and the new gray - beige-red
