I ordered on April 10, picked it up from the post office on May 7. The stop is attached without a protective casing, since on the existing angle grinder the seat is designed only for the diameter (thickness) of the protective casing and does not have an extra power reserve. I had to use a metal washer to build up a seat on the gearbox for attaching the protective casing and the purchased stop. In my case, for each change in the position of the angle grinder (the angle of inclination to the plane being processed), it is necessary to disassemble the entire structure, since there is no free space between the thrust plate and the angle grinder gearbox. By loosening the tightening bolts on the pressure washer that fixes the protective casing, I can change the position of the protective casing, but not the installed corner.

The product is poorly informed regarding technical dimensions. What product by disc size does it fit? It didn't fit mine. Such a product should be equipped with a special bolt for attachment to the equipment. Finding one separately is an additional problem.. Not satisfied with the order. Or record a short video on how to install the device!

It doesn't fit Makita at all, not at all. The hole for the handle doesn't match by about 10mm, and it's loose on the shaft. Money wasted on a low-quality product.

I haven't tried it, but my inner voice tells me that it will work, I think it will work not only with wood but also for sheet metal
