Received within 24 days of ordering. Insoles , solid fabric, nice fit, anatomic, but a bit too thin and although I am wearing them for six hours I can't say that they are self heated, therefore 4 stars . Otherwise as said before they fill comfy. Thank you 👍

You put them on and they are comfortable the next day they look like a piece of paper and they have no memory
