It's better than anything I've gotten so far, but still, it's not as strong as it claims to be. It did melt in the corners of my eyes, but the part that was in-between the corners remained smudge-proof and water proof from morning till night. I guess I'll have to be sealing it with black eye shadow. But it didn't create any reaction in my sensitive eyes, like all other pencils I've tried, which was amazing. I guess I've found my forever kohl. I just hope i won't always be charged vat twice to order in Cyprus, like I was this time.
