The order arrived very hard

The toner is liquid, the consistency is like water. Overall, it moisturizes well, absorbs quickly. Personally, I prefer toners that are more nourishing and rich (medi peel, trimay, my favorite peptide toner), so I won't buy this one anymore, but those who like very light toners might like it.
