Item No. J5LD8LN4 arrived crushed and deformed. Due to this, the cup body cracked, forming a through crack, and the liquid it is filled with leaks out. The item is not suitable for use! I request a replacement or a refund to purchase a new one!

Excellent, it arrived and even everything is whole. A cup with a lid and spout. Very convenient. But you can't pour hot liquid into it.
