Something happened in transit & she won't sit straight on a shelf. Her coat is all bent out of shape. How can I fix this? Also the black veins on her coat isn't coloured in, so it looks a bit weird.

You sent me 2 instead of 1 & didn't send me the standing version. The seated ones are good, it's just strange how different the hair ends are & how 1 doesn't have the soles of her sandals painted.

The head pop off in the packge and it cant even stay down on the shelf 😤
