I purchased a black watch in your store. Unfortunately, the product turned out to be of poor quality: the mechanism does not meet the declared characteristics, and the appearance does not match the photo posted on the website.. Please provide a refund or exchange of the goods in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights". I emphasize that the sale of low-quality goods undermines trust in the store. Why deceive buyers by displaying beautiful photos and descriptions, and sending a completely different and defective product?? Please consider my complaint in the shortest possible time and return the funds. In case of an inadequate response, I will be forced to contact consumer protection authorities.

More beautiful than in the picture, I recommend it. One problem, the strap is short (185mm), for large (5 cm) watches, the strap could be longer, by at least 3 cm.

The watch is not working. They promised to return the money.
