The moccasins are generally not bad, but the Velcro fastener is short. It doesn't fasten and sticks out. They will fit a narrow foot, but are not suitable for a high instep. I requested a return of the item and funds, and encountered a terrible attitude. They pretended not to understand what was wrong with the item! They asked for various photos with foot measurements, lengthwise and widthwise, although what does the shoe size have to do with the fastener! They frayed my nerves! And they didn't return the money! Be more careful with your purchases! And I will not buy anything from JOOM anymore!
