Product is great but delivery was very bad. It didn't come on time and I was informed that it could take up to a month longer than initially estimated! Then I complained to the delivery company on my end and they managed to sort it out quickly so I received the item a few days later than the initial estimated delivery date. Coolbe offered me a 15% discount on my next order as a compensation! That's not a compensation, that's a cheeky way of getting another sale from me! If you really want to show me that you're sorry about what happened then give me a proper compensation coolbe:)
