If you have small breasts, the swimsuit top might hold. I have a C cup and when I raise my arms up, my breasts pop out from the bottom. The elastic is VERY weak. The bottoms are also not the best quality. Very big disappointment.

It would be possible to order a size smaller, but the quality is good. My chest size is 114, and my hips are 120. So when you order, keep in mind that 5xl is big for my size.
