so far the lamp works. the sheet metal edges of the lighting unit are dented or bent, probably because the sheet metal is very thin. the power supply is via a jack plug and not, as suggested in the description, via USB. it does state there that no adapter is supplied, but I fortunately still had a suitable power supply; it is completely unclear to me what kind of adapter could be meant. it would have to be a cable with jack to USB. I have never seen or used that before. the base and the support rod make a decent impression so far. for the price, it's all okay. unfortunately no operating instructions are included. one doesn't know exactly how many volts the lamp requires. I consider that a real deficiency.
Dear Joom team. Unfortunately the bulb is defective, which is not only annoying but above all a shame. In the pictures (attached) you can clearly see how battered the package was/is. How do we proceed now? Do I send the bulb back? (although this is nonsense economically and economically) Do you perhaps have a comparable product in the country (I can't and don't want to wait another three or four weeks)?
