Autumn Women's Casual Solid Color Mid-length Light Hooded Down Jacket

Was very worried, what if it doesn't fit. I really needed such a light jacket for the off-season. All the packages were intact, I unfolded the jacket. Put it on, was happy that I didn't guess wrong - exactly what I wanted. And suddenly down poured out from somewhere on the left side.... It turns out they slipped me a knowingly defective item in China. Didn't use scissors when opening. Brought it to work, received it during the break. Colleagues are in shock - how can they do that???

There isn't a single tag on the item. It's not even clear what size it is. I ordered XL. It should be a little loose on me. But the sleeves are short and I could barely fasten it. I can't process a return. There's no connection to the chat. What should I do with it now? Support doesn't work!!!
