I am more and more disappointed in Joom, I ordered sneakers two sizes larger and they are too small for me, I cannot return them, they don't refund the money but I won't be able to wear them either. What to do?
For my 37'5, I took 39, but the sneakers are too tight, I filled them with foam to stretch the shoes. The quality is good, there is a slight smell.
I regret that I didn't order a size larger, the quality is fine.
For my size 38, size 39 didn't fit. Runs small.
Too small, although I wear size 38. The sneakers are good.

They arrived dirty, with a strong, terrible smell.
