it's not cotton and it's not mentioned in the item description. Furthermore, there's no way to return the item. There is no "return and refund" mention on the order as described in the procedure to follow by Joom. Even tried the chat which keeps saying it doesn't see the order even though I send the code and everything. I think it's done to prevent returning the item and not being refunded. I am angry
