Hello. I received the product, but it is a 100% counterfeit (fake) item. The original Bubble Slam Dunk Hydrating Moisturizer is a very thick, heavy, completely opaque white cream for dry skin. However, the product inside this bottle is a cheap, translucent, watery gel fluid that runs down the skin. The texture and formula do not match the manufacturer's description at all, which is dangerous for my skin. Please approve a full refund for this counterfeit product. Thank you.
