1 star – absolutely not recommended! I have never experienced such bad customer service. My 8-year-old son's children's bicycle helmet is defective and can no longer be used for safety reasons.. I have contacted customer service over 10 times, sent all requested photos, and inquired repeatedly. I was promised both a refund and a replacement helmet – what has happened to this day: nothing. Instead of solutions, there were only empty promises and constant postponements. My son now has a broken bicycle helmet, and we had to make do with something else.. Especially with a safety product for children, such behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Customers are obviously being strung along without any resolution in the end.. Thank you for nothing! For us, it's clear: Never again Joom. Unfortunately, due to my experience, I cannot recommend this platform at all.

Everything is fine, it could have been secured a little better, fortunately nothing was damaged, the package took quite a long time to arrive, but it was on our side that Pocztex did not pick up the package from transit for almost 5 days

Very good protection and adjustment for the child's head. And the helmet itself the daughter likes very much :) . It has an attestation

I can not judge the quality because it is a Christmas present for my grandchild will be MFG

The product was damaged, the bracket underneath cannot be attached. Tried to show it in the video, one side cannot be loosened and the other side cannot be attached.
