It was too small

The product description indicates that size 39 is for a foot 24.5 cm long, so having a foot 24 cm long, I purchased size 39. Today I received the item, but the mules are short, so I measured them and discovered that the 24.5 cm refers to the entire length of the footwear and not to the usable space for the foot, as is the case with all other mules and clogs you buy in any other store or website. Furthermore, I had not checked before placing the order and discovered that if I return them, the costs will be borne by me, in addition to having already paid the shipping costs.
