Then mix with a spoon. Mix for 30 seconds or until powder is completely dissolved. Tip: Experiment with the taste of Gold Standard 100% Whey™ by varying the amount of beverage used. For a stronger, sweeter flavor, mix 1 scoop with 4-6 oz of water, milk, or your favorite beverage.
