How to use the product: Attach it to the area where the gums and teeth meet outside the lower or upper molars with the white side facing the cheek. Push with your tongue to find a comfortable spot. Leave it on for 10 seconds. Apply the colored adhesive side to the upper or lower molars and/or gums near the molars, with the white side facing the cheek. When going to bed, use a total of two, one on each side. Use as needed during the day. Snacking on foods high in sugar and starch can easily lead to cavities. Xylitol does not cause cavities and has a cavity prevention effect.
