How to use the product: How to use the floss: Hold the handle, place the floss between your teeth and gently move it back and forth. Move the floss up and down against your teeth to remove plaque and food particles above and below the gums. Rinse the floss as needed (repeat for each tooth).To use a toothpick: Place the tip of the pick between the teeth at the gum line. Gently move in and out to remove plaque and food particles and stimulate the gums. Rinse as needed.
