How to use the product: Usage: Draw a line along the eyelash line from the inside to the outside. For a softer look, use a cotton swab, your finger, or a fine brush to smudge the color. Tap lightly to create fine lines, or rub harder to create clear lines. You can also use it as eye shadow.
