Instructions for use: Recipe for Dahi Tadka Poha:Preparation time: 10-15 minutes.Cooking time of the dish: 5-10 minutes. Portions: four.
Rinse half a cup of poha rice in running water, drain and leave for 5 minutes.
Heat 1.5 tbsp. oil in a non-stick pan, add a pinch of asafoetida, ½ tbsp. mustard seeds and cumin, fry for a minute.
Add 2 medium chopped onions and 1 thinly sliced ginger, continue frying for 2 minutes.
Add 10-15 curry leaves and 2 chopped green chillies, sauté for a minute.
After frying, add one and a half cups of low-fat yogurt, ¼ tbsp.. ground turmeric, salt to taste and stir. Then add poha rice and 2 tbsp. freshly chopped coriander leaves, stir well, keep over medium heat for 1-2 minutes, serve hot.
