Tried it in the room., chafes a little. the toe when walking. wish there was an instruction on how to wear it and for how long, or is it only for night. or is it very difficult to walk in shoes during the day.

TRIED WEARING AT HOME COMFORTABLE DO NOT GET INTO SHOES. OVERALL GOOD WILL WEAR AT HOME AND ALIGN THE TOE.
