It was too small

There are no size tags on the item. The fabric is thin, almost see-through. The sleeves are very narrow, I could barely get my arms through. There's a slit at the bottom on the side, not as shown in the product card. It would be okay, but how am I supposed to wear it with such narrow sleeves???
