Fingerprint Unlock
I. No Fingerprint Unlock:
1. In the default state, with no fingerprints set, any fingerprint can unlock the device.
II. Setting Fingerprints:
1. (Registering Administrator Fingerprint): Lightly press and hold the fingerprint area for 5 seconds until the blue light on the right flashes. Use the same finger (or two fingers) to touch the fingerprint sensor, changing the finger position continuously for 10 different fingerprint angles. If the red light on the right turns on, it indicates repeated fingerprint collection continue pressing the fingerprint area. When the four green lights illuminate for about 1 second, the fingerprint is successfully registered. When registering the third, fourth, and fifth fingerprints, use the default administrator fingerprint, press and hold for 5 seconds until the blue light turns on, and then proceed with registration. (This method only applies if no fingerprints have ever been registered.) The first and second well registered fingers become the administrator fingerprints.
2. Insert the setting pin into the setting hole and lightly push once until the blue light on the right turns on, release the setting pin, and continuously change the finger position to collect 10 different fingerprint angles. If the red light on the right turns on indicating a repeated collection, continue touching the fingerprint area until the four green lights illuminate for about 1 second, indicating successful fingerprint registration. Use the setting pin to proceed to the second fingerprint, and so forth, for a total of up to five fingerprints.
III. Fingerprint Unlock:
1. Any successfully registered fingerprint can unlock the device.
2. Lightly press the fingerprint chip with a registered fingerprint; the four green lights will flash to indicate successful unlocking.
3. Lightly press with an unregistered fingerprint; a single red light will flash, indicating a fingerprint mismatch and failure to unlock.
IV. Deleting Fingerprints:
1. Insert the fingerprint setting pin into the setting hole, press and hold for 10 seconds until the blue and green lights alternately flash four times, then release the pin. At this point, the fingerprint lock has been restored to factory settings, allowing any fingerprint to unlock.
2. Use a successfully registered fingerprint to press and hold the fingerprint area for about 5 seconds until the red light comes on. Lightly touch the fingerprint lock, and the blue and green lights will alternately flash, clearing all fingerprints and restoring to factory settings, allowing default unlocking by any fingerprint.
V. Fingerprint Lock Charging:
1. To charge, use the charging port for Android on the side of the lock; the green light will flash during charging, and will remain on when fully charged.
2. If locked, straighten the setting pin and insert into the hole for 10 seconds to clear settings..
