I ordered a personalized dog collar. In the order comment, I provided the name and phone number that were supposed to be placed on the collar. I waited for the order for quite a long time, and I received a collar with a random name "Bella" and not my details. The quality of the collar itself is very good, but the whole idea of personalization was completely wasted. I am very disappointed with such a lack of attention to detail.
