Equipped with 13 sensors and 21 high-definition LEDs, this subfloor sensor quickly, easily, and accurately locates the position and width of hidden studs behind walls. It can instantly locate the center of a stud behind a wall. It's also useful as a subfloor checker for nailing prep. In addition to the functionality of previous Franklin products, it also features a live wire meter to detect live wires. ✅A wide measuring surface measuring 18cm wide. The horizontal display features 21 LEDs, providing a clear visual indication of the location of studs. The LEDs illuminate to indicate the location of studs. ✅Advanced multi-sensing technology utilizing 13 sensors allows for simultaneous detection of multiple studs. It also utilizes the principle of triangulation for accurate detection. It can even detect objects located deeper (up to 43mm). ✅Easy to operate. Just press a button. Therefore, reliable detection may not be possible on walls with uneven density (such as plaster). Cardboard is composed of alternating layers of air and paper, which can cause localized capacitance changes when the sensor is moved, resulting in false detections due to noise. Common wall materials such as plasterboard and wooden boards have a consistent density, ensuring reliable detection.
