Directions for Use:
Mix 5–10 g of the kwath powder in 400 ml water. Boil until the mixture is reduced to about 100 ml. Filter, let it cool, and consume on an empty stomach in the morning (½–1 hour before a meal), or as directed by an Ayurvedic physician.
