Recently, I bought a charging cable from you for my Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G (DVPLXPX6). The product description indicated that this cable is suitable for fast charging (Mi Turbo Charge) of Xiaomi devices.. Unfortunately, the cable only charges my phone at a normal, very slow speed. I am using the original 120W Xiaomi charger, so the problem is demonstrably with the cable. The cable lacks the necessary technology (such as the 5th pin in the USB connector and the correct 6A copper wiring) to activate the Turbo Charge mode. Therefore, the cable does not meet the product specifications.. Because the product does not work as promised, I would like to cancel my purchase and receive a full refund.. I would like to hear how we can solve this.
