First an absolutely last time I order from Joom. Over a month and a half to deliver a microscopic box I had to do a road trip to pick, because you obviously pick the cheapest service, and all for a couple of micro samples you try to call "a mystery box". Shame on you. What a scam.

Not impressed with this. Think my expectations were higher by the description. 1 travel size face wash and 9 samples. I feel they just chucked something in and it was not in a box just loose with my other items not worth the money

I thought it was going to arrive in a bag or something like that, but it arrived all uncovered... I had ordered it for a double surprise and now it's not possible 🥲

The order was mixed up, I ordered the "MEDIUM" box and received a "SAMPLE". It does not match the description or the seller's photos. A 11-gram BOX for the price of 11.23 USD is 👎👎👎

For this money, only small sample packs? Samples of perfumes and cosmetics are distributed exclusively in stores FOR FREE!!!
