The food sticks, even if it's greasy.

Operation showed that even parchment fully saturated with oil burns onto the bread and then it can only be cut off with the crust. And dry parchment sticks to the dough tightly. Not great compared to the roll-out type.

Convenient baking paper, ready-made sheets. I think they need to be greased so that the baked goods don't stick. Haven't used them yet.
