Feature:
1. ALUMINUM ALLOY MATERIAL: The collar of this high load shaft clamp is made of high quality aluminum alloy material, which has high hardness, wear resistance and durability
2. CLAMPING METHOD: The parts are fixed by the clamping method, the 16mm grid M4 threaded hole fixing mechanism for fixing the component to other parts and the fixing mechanism for fixing the high load shaft clamp to the clamping mechanisms on the shaft
3. DOUBLE CLAMP BOLTS: Double clamp bolts can be tightened to the shaft without worrying about distortion of the threaded hole spacing required to mount the assembly to other parts due to tightening the clamp mechanism
4. INSTALLATION: During the installation, can be fixed to the gear, sprocket, pulley or wheel first, and then the component is fastened to the shaft. No matter where installed, the shaft is clamped, institutions can work
5. MOUNTING GROOVES: Since the fixing mechanism and the clamping mechanism are completely independent of each other, can be installed in the grooves of parts and in places where other clamps cannot
6. BALANCED WEIGHT: Based on the center hole, the weight and volume are balanced. In high speed applications, centrifugal force and vibration caused by unbalanced mass and volume of parts are effectively avoided. The clamping length is longer than that of other shaft clamps
7. INCREASED AREA: Greatly increases the number of shafts in contact with the center hole appearance, increasing the clamping force and pressing area, providing greater support against heavy radial loads
8. NOT LOOSEN: With one clamping bolts on each side, a balanced double bolts setup will create a balanced and firm clamping force on the shaft to ensure that rotating shaft mounted components won"t move or loosen
