The shoes should be delivered in a sturdier package, not a bag. The right shoe squeaks a lot. The shoes run a little small: I wear a 39, ordered a size up, but they are still somehow too tight, my foot barely fits.

For a narrow foot. The right sandal has some crooked, uncomfortable heel counter. Much prettier in the photo, look worse in reality. Apparently, buying shoes and clothes on Joom is not for me.
