Usage Instructions:
Each box contains 45 scoops and is designed for a 45-day supply.
First 3 days: Mix 1 teaspoon of the blend into a cup of hot water each morning.
From day 4 onwards: Increase to 1 tablespoon per day.
Add to hot water and stir well to allow the brown tea to dissolve completely.
Best consumed on an empty stomach, approximately 30 minutes before breakfast.
Drink 2 to 3 liters of water daily for optimal hydration.
