Directions for Use
(Adults) When combined with a low-calorie diet and exercise, take 4 liquid softgels once daily, or 2 liquid softgels 1 (8 oz) tablet daily. This product contains natural caffeine, so if you are sensitive to caffeine, do not take this product in the evening.
