Open your mouth wide and stick out your tongue to see the back of your tongue at a glance. Gently scrape the surface of your tongue from back to front with the rounded end of the scraper pointing towards the back of your tongue. After scraping, rinse the round head under running water or wipe it with a clean tissue to remove any scraping residue. Repeat until the entire top of your tongue has been scraped cleanly.
