Good morning. I ordered size 38. The product is excellent. It's a shame the size doesn't match. The number is incorrect. At a minimum, I was delivered a size 40. I can't make a return. Furthermore, the shoes arrived in a bag and not in a box, therefore they are creased.

Don't buy anything on Joom, they make you return the item at your own expense. I will contact the consumer protection society and the court. And I will spread information about this situation everywhere on the internet

Super. It's a little big according to the size chart, but only by about half a size, no more, and it's adjustable with the straps.

Ordered for a foot size of 27 cm, which is size 44. They arrived really huge, for a foot size of 32 cm
