Recommended to use 1-2 times a week. If you want a strong peeling effect, use on dry skin. If you want a mild peeling effect, use on wet skin. Massage the scrub in a circular motion all over the body, especially on dry areas, and then wash off with lukewarm water. Wipe off any remaining moisture on the skin with a towel. Finish by adding moisture to the skin using body lotion or body butter. Do not use on the face.
