**Very disappointing purchase – misleading size chart and high return costs** I am absolutely not satisfied with my purchase via Joom. When ordering, I based my choice on the size chart provided on the website. According to that chart, the sole of the shoes should measure 27 cm. The shoes I received matched the ordered size, but upon remeasuring, it turned out the sole was a full 1 cm larger than the specified dimensions. This makes the shoes too big, and I cannot use them.. It becomes even more frustrating when you want to return the shoes: the return costs are entirely borne by the buyer and amount to a whopping **28 euros**, because the return shipment must go to Hong Kong. To avoid these high costs, I tried to sell the shoes via a second-hand platform. That also proved to be no solution: my advertisement was rejected because there were doubts about the authenticity of the brand.. In short: an incorrect or at least unreliable size chart, shoes I can do nothing with, and then no reasonable solution without having to pay a significant amount again.. I find this a particularly bad customer experience. As a consumer, you expect correct product information and a fair solution when the specified dimensions do not match the delivered product. Definitely no more Joom for me!
No problem with the item but yes with Joom. I am not receiving any information about the return procedure: the information on the website is incorrect because there is no option to contact customer service.. I want to return this pair of shoes. It is shameful that there is no accessible customer service and that no action is taken on 'return or money back'. I received this pair on April 4th and it is now April 14th. I want to send this item back and I want to receive the instructions for this immediately!
