Viltrox AF 56mm PRO E Large Aperture Prime Lens for Sony HyperVCM Focus Compatible with Sony Medium Telephoto Interchangeable F1.2 Lens F/1.2, APS-C

[Beautiful background rendering with a super-large aperture of F1.2] This is a 56mm (35mm equivalent: 85mm) medium telephoto lens suitable for portraits. The F1.2 aperture creates a soft and natural bokeh and a good sense of distance from the subject. The contrast with the in-focus area is outstanding, resulting in natural and deep rendering not only for portrait photography but also for artistic shots that make the most of the light. In addition, the bright F1.2 aperture allows you to capture plenty of light when shooting the night sky. [8-group, 13-element construction, high-resolution performance] This lens employs a luxurious optical design with 13 elements in 8 groups, including one ED lens, three HR lenses, and one ultra-high-precision aspherical lens. It effectively suppresses chromatic aberration, distortion, and vignetting, achieving sharp and transparent images from corner to corner of the frame. In harmony with natural and smooth bokeh, it brings out the full charm of the subject. [High-speed, precise AF. Hyper VCM Focus] Utilizing our proprietary Hyper VCM focus motor, this camera achieves high-speed, high-precision, and quiet autofocus. Even with the shallow depth of field achieved at wide apertures, it focuses accurately and smoothly, ensuring you never miss that crucial moment. Its superior tracking performance is outstanding in both still images and videos. [Firmware Update Possible] The metal mount features electronic contacts and a USB-C terminal. Firmware updates for lenses are possible via Viltrox Lens PC client software. This ensures you always maintain the latest performance and can use your lens with peace of mind. [Intuitive and Excellent Operability] The stepless aperture ring allows for smooth and natural exposure adjustment, making it ideal for video shooting. Furthermore, the included petal-shaped lens hood effectively suppresses strong light from oblique angles, maintaining image contrast. The inside of the hood has threads with a light-quenching treatment to suppress flare and ghosting, resulting in clearer image expression. The AF 56mm F1.2 E lens is an autofocus lens compatible with Sony E-mount. It employs an optical construction of 13 elements in 8 groups, and supports a shooting distance of approximately 0.5m to infinity (from the image sensor). The VCM focusing mechanism precisely controls the movement of the lens elements, achieving quiet and smooth autofocus.
