I am so so disappointed. My grand daughter has wanted a labubu for ages top of her Christmas list. Her favourite colour is purple and that's what she asked for. I selected purple as per the image in my order history and it came yellow and completely different. I also didn't realise this is not a real labubu which I thought I was buying. At the moment depending on the customer service outcome, this will be the first and last time I purchase from joom
