Basically nothing. But one broke immediately. And the others sometimes come unfastened. But the idea is good. At first I didn't know how to unfasten it. It turns out you have to lift the heart.
They do an excellent job of holding the sheet on the mattress, very convenient? I recommend ordering at least 8 pieces at once. Thank you!
I haven't actually tested them in operation yet, just received them, but overall the mechanisms are in working order, and the quality is as expected.
