Directions for use
Shampoo (70 ml):
Wet hair thoroughly. Apply a small amount of shampoo and massage into the scalp and lengths to create a lather.
Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if needed. Follow with Treatment/Conditioner.
Treatment/Conditioner (70 ml):
After shampooing, squeeze out excess water from hair. Apply an appropriate amount of treatment to mid-lengths and ends, avoiding the scalp if you have oily roots.
Leave on for 1–3 minutes (or as instructed on packaging) for quick conditioning, or 5–10 minutes for deeper treatment.
Rinse thoroughly. Use 1–3 times weekly as a mask, or after every wash as a conditioner depending on hair needs.
Body Wash (70 ml):
Apply to wet skin with hands, a washcloth, or loofah. Lather and cleanse the body.
Rinse thoroughly. Follow with body lotion to lock in moisture.
Body Lotion (70 ml):
After bathing, apply an appropriate amount to dry or slightly damp skin. Massage until fully absorbed.
Reapply as needed, especially to dry areas (elbows, knees, hands).
