Malfunction and Solution:
The flow meter is inaccurate.
1. The field calibration method was incorrect. Recalibrate.
2. The flow rate on the meter is below the minimum reading. Increase the flow rate.
3. The flow meter is blocked by dry fluid. Remove the impeller and clean it thoroughly, ensuring it rotates freely.
4. The impeller is wrapped with sealing material. Remove the meter and ensure the impeller rotates freely.
5. Too close to the impeller. Install correctly.
6. Too close to motor or electronic noise. Install correctly.
The flow rate is normal, but the meter cannot register a reading. Press the DISPLAY button to start the meter.
