This is a universal type that can be used with most earphones made by other companies, but there are some products for which it is not compatible. Compared to the "black" type, the "clear" type has slightly different surface smoothness and hardness, which causes a slight change in airtightness, which tends to result in a slightly lighter bass sound and clearer treble sounds.
