TERRIBLE AND INCORRECT SERVICE! JOOM did not respect the order requests, tampering with and disguising the items in the shipment. Some of the products ordered were sent in size L instead of M as requested. The labels indicating the size were cut off, the paper labels were removed, and the bags indicating the sizes were replaced with other bags without adhesive labels. Comparing the jackets received, the 4 jackets that should have been size M have the same dimensions as the size L jackets. It's not professionally correct, you don't cheat customers!
