Too small

Should it be L? After putting it on, it feels like S! Apart from the material (no description on the item at all), the workmanship is also not good. The logo on the hood was sewn together. No information at all about washing instructions. Unusable in this condition = Complaint! I ask for feedback...

My husband wears an M, but he likes loose sweatshirts, so I got him an L, which apparently the L size in this shop is like an XS. Then from the photos it looks like a slightly thicker sweatshirt, but instead it's nice and thin and very tight.
